SUMMER TOMATO SOUP

In the summer tomato soup goes great with a simple basil-mozzarella or Caprese salad. In the winter, it’s yummy with grilled cheese sandwiches!

CRABBY CAKES

As an appetizer, these crab cakes go well on a bed of lettuce with tartar sauce on the side.  Make a sandwich out of medium sized cakes. For a delicious dinner, use large cakes paired with a lemon-dill white sauce and steamed veggies.
